In the Warrior Forum is a thread that was started by someone who announced that after six hard weeks of failing to get ranking in his sites or make sales he finally earned 11 cents.  “I hit the big-time!” he says.  Likewise, just the other day, I was encouraged over one of my sites moving up from PR-N/A to PR-0. You may think that these are terrible results for all the work that went into them, but maybe they weren’t.

“Success Always Follows Successful People!”

Successful people don’t hope they can do it, they know they can.  They believe in themselves, in their plan, and in the results to come.  Many successful people first started as unsuccessful thinkers but they persevered in action until they reached external success.  They persevered because they eventually came to know they were a success even before there were external confirmations to back it up.

Encouragement is important.  Whether it comes from yourself, another person who believes in you, a website improving to PR-0 or an 11 cents sale, if it transforms your mind from hoping to knowing you can do, then the value is immeasurable in money.  You became a successful person and external signs of success will follow.

Think of this, Bill Gates once calculated that Microsoft could not pay its employees and stay in business six more months.  Did Bill Gates own a multi-billion dollar  business then?  It is the same Microsoft you see today.

If you know you are going to make it in this business, you are already a success.  If you are still hoping, or looking for evidence, you are not there yet, but you can be real soon.  Remind yourself every day that you are a success.  Focus on the good side of everything.  If you are trapped in a job you cannot stand, start looking for the good things.  Remind yourself that you are a success and this will all be behind you soon.

Mirror Mirror On The Wall

Take a moment right now and take an eraser-board marker, a grease pencil, a mascara pen, or a sharpie, if that is all you can find, and write at the top of your bathroom mirror where you dress or shave and write: You are looking at a successful man!  (or woman, person, girl, boy, however you want to be addressed.)  Every time you look into the mirror, read it.  Read it more than once.  It will change your life!

You are a success

You are a successful person — You just don’t realize it yet.  But you will.  Then success will follow you and cling to you like a little lost puppy you just fed.
